The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid

Attempting to activate your Windows-based CineForm software is resulting in the following error message:

The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again.

Possible solutions:

1) If your activation window shows two system codes (or hardware fingerprints) be sure to use the second one labeled (enh) when requesting your activation key at www.cineform.com/activate.aspx.

2) Make sure you have the correct product and version number installed.

3) Make sure the Name matches the one used on the Activation request form.

If none of the above solutions solve this issue, send a screenshot of the activation window with your information entered into it to support@cineform.com. Also include your CineForm product Serial Number.
